THE SECOND CIVIL WAR
ZWEITE BÜRGERKRIEG, DER
In the USA, in a not too distant future, the immigrants, legal or not, number one billion. In the name of the defense of the American Way of Life, Farely, the Gouvernor of Idaho, declares the borders of his state closed to immigrants. At the White House, the president, counseled by Jack Buchan, his all-powerful public relation guru, gives an ultimatum for the lifting of the blockade: 67 and a half hours (and not 72 as originally decided, so as not to miss the last episode of a soap opera). Soon other ethnic groups attempt to take control of their territories. Montana and Utah begin to marshal their troops. A civil war is at the point of breaking out.
